The food is always amazing, delicious, and fresh. Definitely my number 1 choice when eating out. Don't even get me started on the service, I have no complaints. Overall this is one of the best pollo campero I've been to everything is always great, you can tell they're very attentive and keep the restaurant very clean.
all the bad reviews I see are about "slow" service and bad uber/doordash/etc experiences, when did people become so entitled! a fantastic branch with fried chicken better than 95% of the american-style friend chicken in this milquetoast, gentrified and culture-less city. only drawback is pricing sometimes, but the quality of food and how friendly the staff always is when I come in makes it 100% worth it. go get 7/11 or gas station chicken if you want to give one or two stars because your order was "late" or people were trying to do their job cleaning in an often busy and crowded place (otherwise - you'd just complain about the hygiene!). the chicken is great and I love the plantains and rice sides
